after company incorporation ADT 1 is required to be filed within 30 days after which there are no other forms required

further MGT7,AOC-4,ADT-1 are required for annual filing and if any EGM has to take place on some specific resolution MGT 14 should be filed

First FY will be MARCH 2019
Compliance of first FY are
Hold AGM within 6 month
Hold board meeting within 30 days
Intimate the ROC about the addr
ess of registered office
Intimate the ROC about the place where BOA are maintained
Prepare the report on AGM, submit the FS., BOD report FOR first FY
Appointment of first auditor

First AGM can be within 9 months

yes, first AGM shall be held within 9 month
I read somewhere that ADT1 is not required to file if first auditor appointed in board meeting. section 139(6), where provision of filing is not specified. is it true? Further my company is small private limited company and as per notification made on 05 June 2015 notified exemptions for private companies from certain provisions of the Companies Act 2013, privated limited companies are exempted from filing MGT-14 with ROC on various provisions under section 179(3) and rule 8 of amended Companies (Meetings of Board & its powers) Rules. so whether I have to file MGT 14 or not?
You are not required to file MGT14 because private companies are exempted vide notification u/s 462(3)
