We have filed MGT-07 of our Company for the year 2019-20 in the month of Nov' 20 but recently we noticed that it showing that 'payment is due' against the related SRN.
What is the remedy now?????? do we have to cancel SRN and resubmit the form, in which case late fees will be applicable.
Please suggest the appropriate course of action.
