Yes, CA employed by the company can filed ROC Return on Behalf of the company reason of company can also file ROC Return itself
Can a ca in this case can digitally sign th roc form
CA in employment of Company can file ROC return of the Company but he cannot certify Forms because the form can only be signed by practicing CS, CA or CWA.
