3. 66 Compliance Certificate
Turnover of the Company is 500 Crore and Paid up Capital 25lacs

There is no change in the filing fees of document just the forms of Balance Sheet (23 AC and ACA ) have been changed to 23 AC-XBRL and 23 ACA-XBRL).
The timelimit for filing under XBRL mode is over and whatever documents you file now will attract additional fees which is as under (assuming date of AGM is 30/09/2011:
