Roc fees

1. 23AC (Balance Sheet)- Rs. 500

2. 20B (Annual Return)-     Rs. 500

3. 66 Compliance Certificate Rs. 500

There is no change in the filing fees of document just the forms of Balance Sheet (23 AC and ACA ) have been changed to 23 AC-XBRL and 23 ACA-XBRL).

The timelimit for filing under XBRL mode is over and whatever documents you file now will attract additional fees which is as under (assuming date of AGM is 30/09/2011:
