Form 18 has been filed with ROC - for change of address within the city. (No change in ROC). Will ROC issue a certificate that, the Registered Office has been changed to the New address or Only Form 18 is the authorised document.
We are about to file correction in PAN and TAN. Does this form 18 itself serves the purpose?

Dear Karthik,
You can issue to Govt. Authorities / Bank Form 18 for Change of registered Office Address and if they are not accepting Form 18 then you can take View Company Master Data Page Print and take Signature of any one Director on it and issue it.
