Roc -annual filing of mgt-7

I am filling form MGT-7 of Pvt company for FY 15-16 ,but facing problem.It is showing error of filling company secretary details even though section 92(2) is not applicable.Also as per Rule 11(2) of Co.(Mgt and Administration)Rules 2014,Annual return of listed co. or co having T/o Rs.50 Cr or Share cap of 10Cr or more requires signature of practicing CS.Here T/o is below 50Cr and Share cap too Rs.903000/-and Co is Pvt Co. Plz help me out. Thanks in Advance
