Can Any one help me where do we get the road permit and who should give the road permit eaither seller or buyer if iam trader what should i do now?

I don't understand your question, which type of Road permit?
As I have never ever heard about the Road permit.
Tell me for which purpose, do you require Road permit?
Road permits (Form 49) are being issued by Sales Tax department. The buyer has to send the Road Permit to seller for sending the goods.
