need clarigication following RNOR rule

He/she has been non-resident in India, that is, an NRI, in nine out of the ten previous years preceding that year,
To determine RNOR stqtus of FY 2020-21, does he need to be NRI for 9 years out of 10 years  from FY 2019-20 to 2010-11or from 2020-21 to FY 2011-12.

Does FY 2020-21 need to be included in 10 years or not??

No fy 20-21 not required to include

Thanks Ankit ji. So if I am NRI for 9 years out of 10 years before FY 2020-21, I will be RNOR for FY 2021-21 if I dont fulfill the NRI criteria in FY2020-21.

Is that correct Sir?
