RMC application under purchase from unregistered party?
What we have to do to sale the material purchased from Un registered party.
There is no RCM on purchase from unregistered party as section 9(4) is scraped for all taxpayers except some specified person i.e Promoter/developers for specific goods.
You can sale Goods/material Purchased from unregistered party as like normal sale with GST to all the parties.
