Right of shareholder to seek information from the company

1) Apart from the right to receive the notice of general meeting, annual report, inspecting minutes of meeting, agrrements, regeisters etc.

Do the shareholder have right to seek information of any nature from the Company/Director/Secretary under Companies Act or or under RTI Act or under any other laws?

Has there been any Court judgment or CLB order or Circulars relating to this?

Shareholders are Co-Owners of the Company therefore they have full right to check & seek information from Directors/Company/Secratary.Its Shareholders money which iz invested in the Company.

Well I won't remember the particular section regarding this but this is the general right of shareholders.
