What is the expansion of RG in the Excise register name

You can prepare RG-23 register in computer also as per your convenient.
Register of goods. also called as DSA i.e. daily stock account
Dear All,
RG-1 means Register of Goods (Daily Stock Account)
RG-23 means Register of Goods (Stock Register of Inputs/Capital Goods).
