1) AFTER filing refund application of ITc for sez with out payment of tax... any documents need to be submitted to dept manually?

2)What will happen if @ the time of filing Refund application itc will be debited manually from electronic credit Ledger and tomorrow officer may reject the APPLICATION then that itc will be reversed back?

1. following document to with ARN of filed RFD01

Proof of receipt of goods or services as demonstrated by the specified officer of the SEZ
A declaration to the effect that the Special Economic Zone unit has not availed the input tax credit of the tax paid by the supplier of goods or services.
A statement containing the number and date of invoices, the evidence regarding the endorsement SEZ Officer and the details of payment.

2. Yes it will Re-credit to your ECL
