Revocation of GST cancellation error

Due to some un avoidable reason I dint replay for the show cause notice of cancellation and hence my GSTN has been cancelled by the department

and time period for reply for the notice nd revocation he been over and there is no possibilities to file revocation form for cancellation

kindly suggest me how to file revocation of GSTN I'd time period for 90 days notice has been expired.
