Is it possible to revoke Suo Moto cancelled registration after 6 months of cancellation

No, Recocation has to be done within 30 days from the date of cancellation order.

In the 40th GST Council Meeting held on 12th June 2020, a One Time Benefit was given to restore the cancelled GST Registration by extending the date of filling application for Revocation of Cancelled GST Registration beyond the time limit as specified under Section 30 of the CGST Act 2017.
In the meeting it was decided that all those GST Registrations which were cancelled till "12th June 2020", the period for seeking Revocation of Cancelled GST Registrations will be allowed till "30th September 2020." The usual timelimit, as per GST Act, is 30 days from the date of issue of the cancellation order.
Therefore the last date was 30th September 2020 ( which is gone now ). So there is no solution now. You may apply for a new GST Registration now.
