Revision of Processes Return

I have filed my ITR within due date and got my refund but after that one of my employers deposited TDS and that's why my 26AS changed.

Can I revise my ITR if yes how should I present refund amount in ITR ??

Quick Summary
If you've received an Income Tax Return (ITR) refund but your 26AS statement has been updated with new TDS details, you can revise your return. Ensure you include the TDS details along with the corresponding income. This revision is possible for Assessment Year 2020-2021 onwards. The Central Processing Cell (CPC) will handle the adjustment of your already received refund against any additional refund due.

No problem you can rectify the return by giving the tds details
Alongwith TDS you require to show corresponding income. You may file revised return if it's for AY 2020-2021. You may compute refund due accordingly. You need not adjust refund which is already received. CPC will reduce that paid refund while issuing additional refund.
