remedy to file appeal against revision of order u/s 264 by commissioner of income tax.....in any other law...as the under income tax was not allowed.

It is Constitutional remedy that if there is no remedy available in any particular law then the aggrieved person could approach High Court and File WRIT PETITION and subsequently SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (SLP) in Supreme Court.
