Revision of form 10e

Hello guys, I need little knowledge regarding revision of form 10e. while filling form 10e, I skipped adding interest income from FD. How can I rectify this mistake?
Please help me n reply ASAP

Law does not provide for option to revise form 10e (like in the case of income tax return)

You can consider filing a fresh form 10e wuth the correct details....
