Dear experts,
Appeal has been filed to CIT ,If assessee could respond ,order would have been in favour of assessee but assessee couldn't respond to the notices therefore , commissioner ordered exparte in favour of department.If there is reasonable cause for non response can he apply to CIT for revision of CIT's order .
