I was registered in IPCC in June 2014 through direct entry, now I am in 2nd year in Articleship and I had completed Orientation, ITT and GMCS-l. and IPCC will give in Nov 16, then my scheme is being old or new.

This is only a proposal. Not yet approved. Till approval it is not worth to discuss in this forum. Revised proposal is also there. Hence concentrate only on current syllabus. Icai will provide ample time for switchover and hence do not worry on these lines...
