Revised schedule vi query
according to schedule preliminary exp,dis. on issue of share etc.. should be written off when they incurred...BUT this may affect Going concern!!! any views...plz reply...

Can you please elaborate your query.
I mean that preliminary exp or discount on issue of shares are to be benefitable more than one financial year.it means they should be write off in the defferd nature..but in revised schedule..they written off when they incurred..so the going concern effected..
