Only if NPO is compliance with requirements of section 25 of Companies Act, 1956.
And if nothing is given regarding sec 25 then we can take assumption that this npo is not in compliance with sec 25 of co. Act??
look NPO can be formed under 3 options
1. formed a society
2. trust
3. formed company under section 25
so it is depend upon the nature of formation.
under 1st and 2nd option Revised schedule VI is not apply but under section 25 company Revised Schedule VI is applicable.
