Yes you have to prpare B/s and P/L for coroporate entities(companies) as per revised schedule VI, in the exams.Chapters affected-Preparation of Financial Statements of Companies (excluding Insurance, Banking and Electricity),Amalgamation , Absorption and Reconstruction.
I suggest you to go through the book of MP Vijay kumar to understand the method of preparing F/S as per revised schedule in the relevant topics(Amalgamation etc.).

Yes it is available ......infact mostly sold books for IPCC Accounts and Final FR.
