Revised return refund claim

My Brother had Filed his ITR for AY:2015-16 with in due date and return processed.But he forget to add his additional amount of home loan deduction and he will get some refund for that.Is it possible to file revised return now and claim his refund?

Thank you sir.But i hered that once the return is processed it's not possible to file revise return.please clarify on this sir.

its not processing , 143(1) is intimation , not regular type assessment

file revised return and correct the errors

Thank you Sharma.But it's not about intimation in his efiling accounts status shows as " ITR processed no demand no refund ".One of my friends said that once the return is processed there is no chance of filing revises return.
