Revised return for demand
I had filed Salary case without considering 26as. but tds was shown in 26as. now demand raised to pay the amount. can I file revised return ? how to clear demand amount. pls clarify sir

Check whether tax demanded is equal to what you have omitted to mention from 26AS. If it is same no need to pay tax. File revised return. If tax demanded is less than TDS shown in 26AS then you have to pay the balance tax
