Revised Return for AY 2021-22

I have noticed that deduction for Section 80C and 80TTA is not reflected in the return for AY 2021-22 leading to loss of nearly ₹ 50,000/-. Is there anything one can do about it now ? Can revised return be filed now by asking for condonation of delay ?

Rectification return can be filed

Could you please elaborate how?

Is it not reflecting in order or return filed by u??
@ Vikram,
Revised return deadline is over.

You may go for rectification through AO

But problem is when matter is with CPC ....AO will not take up matter due to lack of jurisdiction.....

I have a bit different matter in my case and can only be solved by AO or appeal.....and since my matter is with CPC....AO is helpless.

Pl suggest how matter can be trf to AO from CPC

Nothing can be done now
If one has saved draft copy taken during filing itr & if amounts reflect in saved draft & due to technical error if not captured by utility and thus not reflecting in itr then matter can be taken in faceless appeal..... however if assessee has forgotten to enter amounts by error or if amounts do not reflect in saved draft also....then it will be very difficult

Last year (and for that matter even this year) there was a lot of problems related with the website related to saving of data, as repeatedly data was found missing after some time. I do remember having fed the details regarding 80C and 80 TTA. Most probably it wasn't saved and system didn't warn. I just now noticed that claim against 80C and 80TTA is nil.

However it looks like no remedy is available now.

Even I am at a loss of 30000 refund because of technical error itr filed by me was not processed but somebody's else itr was processed into my filing....resulting in 30000/- loss to me
I had approached AO.....who was helpless due to jurisdiction & faceless assessment and my matter is wrongly processed by CPC who even after raising 50 grivence did not listen to my issue or solved it.
but I have saved draft and planning to go to faceless appeal
File Rectification in your case

Mam....i cannot file rectification because of income change......i had filed itr 1 u/s 139(1) but due to technical glitch somebody's else return u/s 139(5) processed as my return with change of income & no tds taken as per 26as.

Grivences gave vague ans. and closed all grivences.

Appoache AO who is helpless due to jurisdiction & faceless assessment

Now what to do??

Last resort is appeal

I can look into your matter if you want .

Will revert back if i go for further recourse

Sure...
