Revised Return
If original return for the A.Y.2018-19 is filed in time i.e. before 31st Aug 2018 then if he filed revised return after the above mentioned date then whether penalty of Rs.1000 or 5000 will be levied or not?

No the late fees is on Orginal return filing.
You can revise your return anytime before end of Assessment year or before your return is processed without any late fees.

penalty will be levied only if the original return is not filed within the applicable due date. once the return is processed u cannot revise it.
WHEN I WRONGLY SUBMITTED ITR2 BUT NOW I REVISED RETUN FILLED IN ITR4 SO CAN THIS IS POSSIBLE?
yes that can be possible...since u have filed before due rate... penalty will not be levied
