i would like to know whether a revised return can be filed by a representative in the following case.....
An Assessee has two form 16s and he has filed his return of income for the assessement year 2009-10 by disclosing only one form 16 and few days later he has passed away.....wat is the procedure to file his revised return?
i think you can do the revised return, and may be write a letter to the assessing officer regarding the reason why the representative is filing the return instead of the assessee.
