Please any one sent excel format annual return by FDI to RBI

As you are aware, all the Indian Companies which have FDI and/or made overseas direct investment in any of the previous year(s), including the current year, are required to file the annual return on Foreign Liabilities and Assets (“FLA”) with Reserve Bank of India (‘RBI’) before July 15, 2015.
