Dear friends,
RBI vide circular dated 20.6.2012 (copy attached) has revised form of annual return of foreign assets & liabilities to be filed by companies having FDI by 15th July every year. Now this form can be prepared in excel format and sent to RBI by e-mail after validation.

As you are aware, all the Indian Companies which have FDI and/or made overseas direct investment in any of the previous year(s), including the current year, are required to file the annual return on Foreign Liabilities and Assets (“FLA”) with Reserve Bank of India (‘RBI’) before July 15, 2015.
