Revised etds return

Please note the following points

Payment for short deduction should be made- then added in the challan through online correction- then again give conso file request

Then go to C3 correction (Modify deductee). Select the deductee to whom there was short deduction. reduce the gross amount based on the tds rate applicable.

And then in the new challan, add the same deductee with the balance gross amount and TDS amount that you have paid now

Your problem would be solved by doing this.

You just hav to reduce the gross amount in the first transaction. And add that amount in the new transaction along with the tds amount
