I know we can revise the return but I did not file Revised TCS return. let's wait for some others to give reply for this.

Yes you are Revised TCS return. and you download Govt offline utility fromTIN NSDL web site and go to services and ETDS/TCS and quarterly return and Corection and now download utility then you feed data on your TCS Return. any further clarification mail me on dkumar05215 @ gmail.com
Correction has to be done by using utility provided in the traces website.
