Hi all,
I have filed income tax return for AY 2017-18 for which i have received a refund. Now i want to revise the return for which i need to pay back the refund received along with interest. what is the procedure to do the same and how to calculate the interest???
After an income tax return is filed, it is processed by the CPC, Income Tax Department. However, after processing, if an assessee realises that some income was not reported, or some deduction was not availed of in the return computation, file a rectification request.
