Can a tax audit report can be revised, for reason of wrong upload of Form 3CB instead of Form 3CA. There is no other mistakes in form.
only reason for revision is wrong selection of form.
Please suggest what steps can be taken

Yes it can be revised
Yes u can revise with the reason but do not make any changes in the details of the forms
Otherwise department will open scrutiny if turnover is high

Your tax Auditor will do needful for uploading correct Form . This can be called revising audit report but it's replacing of correct Form
