I filled my income tax return for AY 20-21 in June 20. But I have not verified ITR yet. There was refund. How can I claim Refund again?

As per IT Act you have to e-verify your ITR or you have to send signed ITR Acknowledgement to CPC Bangalore with in 120 days from the date of filing to be a valid return. as you said you did not e-verify return in 120 days now you can e-verify return by making a request under condonation of delay. and you have to pre-validate your bank account to get refund.
The querist has told the return has not been e verified.
So a belated return has to be filed.

As date has been extended till 31.05.2021. you can file again.
File the return again as belated before 31.05.2021 and e-verify .
