Reverse Tax Input Credit
For all reverse GST considered in GSTR 3B the Input credit can be claimed in same month or subsequent month like in Service Tax?

ITC can only be availed on or after payment of tax.
Can be availed Same month.
Confused with two condradictory replies can some please elaborate
