Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether the Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) applies to bills received from Chartered Accountants. The consensus is that RCM is not applicable to services provided by a CA, as these are not covered under the relevant GST notifications. Therefore, no RCM deposit is required for such invoices.

NO... RCM not applicable.

RCM is not applicable on chartered accountants bill. Not required to deposit RCM.
Not needed , as services provided by CA are not covered under RCM
RCM is not applicable in this case.
RCM is not applicable on Bill received from an Unregistered CA. It is not a Notified Case under Section 9(3) of the CGST Act 2017. Principal Notification No. 13/2017 - Central Tax ( Rate ), dated 28th June 2017, does not covers this transaction @ Naveen Sir.

Hence RCM is not applicable....
Thanks you very much all of you
