If I paid "the Reverse Charges for the month of July 2017" in August 2017, date of payment of RCM is in August 2017, then can I shown the RCM in eligible ITC column of GSTR3B for the month of July 2017? bqz RCM liability arises in July 2017 but RCM paid in August 2017. Mr.J.B.Dutta AC of CGST commissioneret advice me that RCM paid in August 2017 so you must show the Reverse charge in eligible ITC column of GSTR3B for the month of August 2017. now what can I do? may I shown it in July months return or August months return in eligible ITC column (Sl.no.4(A)(3))?
