hello sir
i pay a fee to unregister consultantancy firm (he prefer candidates for job) so pls tell me reverse charges applicable on it or not.

The recipient of supply is covered under RCM if supply has been made by URD. Therefore, you are covered under RCM. However, if the amount involved is less than Rs. 5000/- from all the URDs, then you are out of RCM. Pl chek the amount you have paid for consultancy and then decide in the light of my opinion given above.

keep in mind that on that day of payment all your service or goods received should not cross above 5000

It's pure Consultancy charge then you can consider under 5k limit...

It's from URD then enter GSTR 2 - 4B....
It's from RD then enter GSTR 2 4A....

The self invoices for your own use... You just enter Consolidated values. Not details value...
