is reverse charge is applicable on factory rent paid to unregistered person, please confirm.

No. Reverse Charge Mechanism on rent paid by commercial premises to an unregistered landlord has been waived off since 2017.

No... Rcm not applicable for the rent paid to URD from 13th October 2017...
