1) Is there any monetary limit for reverse charge in GST. As earlier understood for any expense daily limit of Rs. 5000/- from single unregistered supplier
2) If no, Whether small amount of Gta bills required to be paid under reverse charge if they are not paying 6% or above gst to govt.

5000 is per day not per day per supplier.

1. the 5000/- limit you talking about is of Inward supply From URD cover under 9(4) which is being defferred to till 30/09/2019 (by noti.22/2018 CT)
2. The Inward supply from GTA cover under 9(3) & RCM is applicable on same & the limit is precribe for the same 750/- per bilty
GTA charging 12% GST:
Forward Charge @ 12% availing ITC – Notification No. 20/2017 – Central Tax (Rate) , Hence the recepient is not liable to do RCM , infact avail iTC on same
