Hey, reverse charge is not applicable on a works contract if the service provider is a body corporate registered under companies act.
Reverse charge Not applicable if Service provider is Company
if service provider and service receipient are body corporate, reverse charge is not made applicable to them.

If the Service Provider is a Company, then the Reverse Charge is not applicable in case of Work Contract, Manpower Supply, Security Service irrespective of the constitution of the service receiver.
