Ours is a large residential complex. We have a Flat Owners association. We have taken the services of Security company which is a LLP for providing us security services. In their monthly invoices they are not showing Service tax, saying that we as service receiver are required to pay 100% service tax.
Please advise.

Ours Residential Flat Owners Association is registered under Tamilnadu Society's Registration Act 1975 or the Tamilnadu Apartment Ownership Act 1994.
Can anyone suggest the treatment of Applicability of Service tax on hiring of scorpio on monthly basis?
