Refer to Notification No.30/2012 dated 20-06-2012;
It's a case wherein the service recipient is required to pay the service tax...
For some of the services, the liability to pay service tax is on the recipient of service as against service provider in all other cases. Go through the notification referred by Mr. Vikas to know in specific the services which are covered under reverse charge.
