hi, if service provider mentioned on bill that pay gst under RCM, so it is compulsory for receiver to pay gst under RCM, or we say to him to provide us gst bill.

Check out the g/s bill. if it's under rcm category then You will pay GST Tax under rcm basis... If that g/s is not under rcm basis then no need to pay GST Tax under rcm basis. And the supplier is registered under GST then ask Tax Invoice with Tax charging in the bill...
