By Supplier with Tax Invoice........ (unless in case of RCM u/s. 9(3) of CGST, like GTA)
but tax is paid by recipient am I right ?
Tax paid by recipient, you are right
in case of purchase from registered vendor, no liability on recipient in any case to raise the invoice for inward supply.
