traveling n lodging expenses and other expenses like telephone bill reimbursement by employer to his employee is liable to gst under rcm or not

GST can't applicable welfare expenses. It means the employee's food, tea, Snacks and etc using himself.
GST applicable for all other expenses doing the employee like Lodging, Telephone, travelling.... if the company ll be booking their accounts
