consultancy services by unregistered dealer to a registered dealer engaged in manufacturing of tiles..would this transaction attract reverse charge??

Yes sir services received by reg person from unreg person will attract RCM

cbec had issued list of services under reverse charge.. consultancy service is not included in that list ..so would my query still stand?

section 9 (4) of CGST act require to pay tax under RCM if supply is received by registered from unregistered.

The list had been issued for section 9 (3) for which RCM attract even if the listed supply received from registered person
