B1.14: Net taxable value (balance amount, if any).

Cannot comment on why the sl. no. is not appearing while you are filing the return.

I only use offline utility to file the service tax return and sl. no. 1(ii)(B)(iii) of notification no. 007/2015-S.T. is appearing therein.
