I have a query. There is a reverse charge mechanism in case of "Goods Transported by Road". Is such reverse charge applicable to Courier Agency using service of goods transport agency.

No .......Its not applicable to Courier agency
In case, the courier agency is using the service of GTA for providing the courier service to its clients, then the courier agency has to pay service tax under reverse charge mechanism just like any other service recepient.
Yes, courier agency will pay the service tax, services provided by the GTA under reverse charge system.
