We are registered under the category Renting for Immovable Property Services under Service Tax.Now we need to deposit service tax on legal services availed under reverse charge mechanism. Do we need to register for that additional service? If yes,under which accountin head the service tax would be deposited, Legal Consultancy Services or Other Taxable Services???

You shoud amend your RC and get yourself registered for Legal Services under the new accounting codes for statistical purposes.
