who will file the service tax return under reversal machnism of service tax , where 50% liability share by service provider and service receiver .? how to show gross turnover in return in both case ?

In the case of Full RCM without any part payment by Service Provider(SP), then need to mention the total Gross amount in the Point B1.1 of ST-3 return.

and incase of Partial reverse charge i.e. eaither 50& of 40% as the case may be, need to mention the "yes" in point A10 for both SP and SR and gross amount not required to show, only taxable amount under Partial RCM to be shown in the point B1.6
